Pre-school storytime welcomes all children. While our focus is preschool aged children, lapsit infants are young homeschool children are welcome as well. We are not a “hush” library and encourage children to join us who may be new to organized events. Storytime is a great program for children preparing for preschool and kindergarten. Preschool Storytime takes place every Friday at 10:30 AM during the school year. August 31st- The Library Book by Tom Chapin and Michael Mark Craft- Make a picture of your favorite storybook. Join Marilyn Klimcho at the Oley Valley Community Library for a Three Part Poetry Workshop Series! Part One 8/9/18 from 5:30-7pm Part Two 8/16/18 from 5:30-7pm Part Three 8/23/18 from 5:30-7pm Marilyn LT Klimcho is the author of Steeped in the Ceremony of Great Age, a book of poetry. She is also the author of a short story, Lost Gems, which was nominated for a Pushcart Prize. Her work has been published in the Schuylkill Valley Journal and by Studio B in Boyertown as well as in the anthologies: Bird Song and US20, produced by Foothills Publishing.
